At the heart of our mission lies a commitment to revolutionize healthcare through the power of digital innovation. The Réseau Santé Numérique is a vibrant community of academic researchers united in our quest to harness digital and quantitative methods. While technology is central to this definition, it is not the only area of innovation; digital health research addresses issues in the humanities and social sciences, including implementation sciences, management sciences, law, ethics and public policy. This cross-sectoral perspective is at the heart of the network’s vision of mobilizing the potential of digital technology to improve health. The longitudinal and multidisciplinary view facilitated by digital technology also makes it possible to determine what characterizes sustainable health, and to implement the levers of action to promote and maintain it.

The RSN occupies a unique niche in the Quebec ecosystem, and benefits from relationships with numerous partners. Moreover, the RSN’s integrated approach to knowledge mobilization generates useful and relevant knowledge for stakeholders, decision-makers and civil society, so that digital technology can benefit all Quebecers.
