The Digital Health Network (RSN) is funded by the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé sector. As a catalyst, our mission is to foster collaboration among all digital health stakeholders in Québec to consolidate the ecosystem, advance research, define best practices and mobilize knowledge. Our vision is to unlock the potential of digital technologies to improve health.

The RSN aims to support the development of digital health research in Québec in order to guide a digital transformation in health that is open, inclusive, sustainable and trustworthy. Overall, this mission is inherently cross-cutting, and the RSN seeks to collaborate with all FRQ – Santé thematic networks, as well as with other health research networks in Québec, across Canada and internationally.

We warmly welcome new regular members, student members and partners who wish to contribute to advancing digital health in Québec. If you are passionate about the intersection of digital technologies and health and would like to be part of a dynamic and innovative community, we invite you to join us by completing this form.

Regular Member

A Regular Member is an active researcher in digital health, in accordance with FRQ criteria. They contribute to the scientific development of the network and participate in its governance. As such, they may vote at the General Assembly, hold roles within the network, and submit funding applications as a principal investigator.

Partner Member

A Partner Member is an engaged stakeholder without researcher status who brings relevant professional expertise or experiential knowledge to the network’s activities. They actively contribute to the work and governance of the RSN, helping bridge research and practice settings, but do not have voting rights at the General Assembly.

Student Member

A Student Member is a graduate student, postdoctoral fellow, or professional in training in digital health research or a related field. They are involved in the network’s activities and contribute to its scientific and collaborative vitality, while participating in governance without voting rights at the General Assembly.

Any individual active in Québec in the field of digital health research may become a member of the network. Members are engaged as regular members, partner members, or student members, according to the categories described below.

To be appointed as a member of the Network, applicants must submit an application including: (1) personal information (name, email) and professional information (status and desired level of involvement in the Network); (2) a link to a curriculum vitae.

For membership and renewal, the process follows these steps and procedures:

• Applications are reviewed by the Steering Committee, which determines their eligibility;

• Applicants are informed in writing of their acceptance or refusal;

• In the case of acceptance, the Steering Committee determines their status within the network;

• Membership in the network is free of charge for all members;

• The term is up to four years (aligned with the network’s renewal) and is renewable indefinitely upon submission of an updated CV and completion of an information form.

The RSN is launching a survey to better understand access, quality, and gaps in interdisciplinary training in digital health.

This survey is intended for anyone involved, directly or indirectly, in the development, use, or deployment of digital or AI solutions in healthcare.
